We are currently looking for a hard-working and dependable Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team.  This role is front & center in the office layout, and, as such, is a pivotal role for generating a positive experience both the customers and the team. The ideal candidate is someone who consistently display a high level of professionalism while delivering superior customer service.


Sales (70%)

  • Responsible to be the primary person for any sales-related phone calls & inquiries. This person is second to answer, triage & transfer incoming calls after the Receptionist.

  • Oversees the company’s general ‘sales’ email account. Required to respond to inquiries in a timely manner and share as needed any new information from key partners.

  • Expected to confidently educate customers on all the products and services Rhyno’s offers and discuss available options with potential and existing customers.

  • Schedules/books calls for ‘on the road’ sales team through Outlook.

  • Conducts phone-sales & walk-in sales when applicable (for basic installations).

  • Accepts customer’s deposits/payments.

  • Creates Sales Orders in accounting system.

  • Prepares Installation Package for technicians. These include necessary customer paperwork, specifications for the job, pictures of equipment and the site, etc.

  • After the job is complete, sends Welcome Package (including warranty registration) to customers.

  • Registers customer warranties with manufacturer of their equipment.

  • Tracks how sales-leads are progressing through the pipeline and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Acts as the primary customer service contact for customers who have questions about their accounts or our products.


Marketing (30%)

  • Oversees the annual marketing calendar in partnership with the Sales & Marketing Manager.

  • Co-ordinates logistics for marketing initiatives (ie. social media campaigns, promotions, etc.).

  • Tracks the results of marketing initiatives (wins, misses & opportunities).

  • Assists with maintaining social media channels (ie. Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) with collaboration with Sales & Marketing Manager.

  • Organizes website content (go-between our web-designer, video-content creator and the Sales & Marketing Manager).

  • Participates in marketing events as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University or College Degree or High School with excellent experience

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Courteous (polite, respectful, considerate in manner)

  • Ability to establish strong healthy relationships throughout the organization to solve issues, move projects forward, always keeping the customer’s best interest at the forefront

  • Impeccable communication skills (verbally & written; phone, email, letter writing, presentations)

  • Ability to handle a dynamic & demanding reception area

  • Has both an appetite (desire) and aptitude (talent) for all things marketing & branding

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Exceptional multi-tasker

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Both a team-player and able to work independently

  • Ability to accept and adapt behaviours based on coaching & feedback


  • Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm
