Harry Rhyno started the business in 1975. Now his son, Jayme, Manager of Operations, is preparing to take over. No surprise that Jayme's daughter, Sydnie, enjoys her time-on-the-job too.

Chris Slauenwhite came to us from New Brunswick, but is native to Nova Scotia. He's been in the industry since 1993. He and his wife, Anne, live in Jordan Falls. On November 10/07, Anne gave birth to baby girl, Brooke.

Sales Manager Geoff Nixon joined Rhyno's in 1996. After helping clients decide which systems best meet their needs, he writes a quote. When the job begins, he goes over the installation with the service technicians. At completion, he meets clients to ensure complete satisfaction and comfort with controls and equipment. He enjoys working home shows for the company and as Safety Officer, making certain job sites are safe. Geoff and his wife, Carrie have three children: Stacey, Greg & Brandon.

Ritchie Lake has been in the industry since 2000. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Kirstin.

Brent Rhodenizer has been in the trade since 1995. He lives in Barss Corner with his son Justin and partner Wanda.

Rhyno's bookkeeper, Sandra and Jayme Rhyno.

Judy Martin comes from the Ottawa/Cornwall area. She has worked in the dispatch field since 1995 and lives in the Bridgewater area.

Jim Walker is from Midland, Simcoe County Ontario. and has been in the industry since 1986. He lives in the Mahone Bay area with wife Monica and sons Ryland, Lukas, and Alexander.

Stephen Coleman joined the industry in 1975. He lives in Sackville with his wife Diana.

Brian Nicholl, left, is a refrigeration tech and brings 27 years of experience to the job. He lives in Lower Sackville with his wife Michelle and three kids. David Surette, right, is from Digby. Also a refrigeration tech, he's living in Bridgewater.

Chris Allen, left, our Employee Saftey Rep, has been in the trade since 1994. He lives in the Wolfville area with his partner Michelle, daughter Kayla and son, Nathan who was born July 30.

Peter Deveau, left, lives in Yarmouth with wife Joanne and daughters Sara and Samantha. He joined the trade in 1999.

Robert MacRae is from PEI. He came to us from the Niagara area in Ontario and has been in the industry since 1995. Robert lives in Chester and has two grown sons, Christopher and Robert. He recently completed a nine-month upgrade in refrigeration.

From left, Kyle Mclellan and Steven Oickle, both from Liverpool, are installation/duct cleaning technicians. They install duct work and equipment and perform duct cleanings.
